WE OWN 2 & LOVE THEM
Great bit of kit, does what it should and great to have a 3 year warranty. This is our second Blackstone gennie, which we bought after first buying a 2200w unit which has been brilliant. Definatley proof that other manufactuers can mix it with the quailty of Honda and out do them when it comes to service. Starting is easy and they're a great quailty generator - which I guess is why they offer the 3 years. The 9000 is big and heavy... not the kind of generator you want to be moving around every day but it runs our entire home during blackout which happen a lot in our area. Thanks for keeping the lights on!

PERFECT PERFORMANCE WITH FLOODS
Well exceeded expectation... Service was first class and girl on the phone was super helpful particularly given our circumstances with the floods. The generator is super heavy duty and easy to use. My husband has arthritis but still easy enough for him to start. The instructions did come in handy being our first generator, but all in all been very pleased with the blackstone 5500 watt generator.
